We made a reservation 15 days ahead of time (the maximum allowed), we were the first in line and had requested a table upstairs. We were stuck at a very small table in the corner on the main floor, unfortunately. There was not even enough room on the table to hold our meals when they arrived. When we went up to see the top floor, there was lots of space available. While the food was quite good, especially the spaghetti alla vittorio, spaghetti al granchio e limone, and the tiramisu, the apps and other desserts were relatively average. We were disappointed when we received the bill to see that percent tips were requested. Tipping is not typical in Paris and this is the only restaurant in Paris, where this happened. It left a sour taste at the end, especially since the service was very slow, and we often had to get the attention of wait staff

5th time here — first visit back in 2018, most recent before tonight in 2024. 21:30 reservation and were seated very soon after. Took a little while to get our order in, but nothing outrageous, perfectly reasonable. Ordered a pizza to share, then 2 pastas to follow. Pizza arrived just after 22:15. Good pizza, like always — ate it quick. Then nothing for half an hour: the pastas didn't land until after 22:45. And here's the thing — we're in the middle of a heatwave right now, and somehow the pasta still turned up warm at best, borderline cold. Hard to recommend at this point.

We visited Pink Mamma during our time in Paris. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The top floor, in particular, is stunning, with great scenery. Unfortunately, the service did not match the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly slow and, at times, practically non-existent. We spent a lot of time trying to catch a waiter's attention just to order and get our bill. The food was decent, but it did not blow us away or make up for the wait. To top it off, this was one of the very few establishments we encountered in Paris that explicitly asked for a tip on the credit card machine, despite the standard service charge already being built into the bill. Given the lackluster service, this felt entirely unwarranted and left a bad taste in our mouths. Go for the views and the decor, but manage your expectations regarding the food and service.
