  Such a lovely experience. Wonderful food that was so fresh. Our waiter was very attentive and recommended the perfect local wine. Our B&B host recommended this last minute locale. The restaurant was in a late 1600 building with a wonderful castle Like feel. Definitely worth the trip away from Bari. We enjoyed our meal before i could snap a photo 🥰

  Excellent ingenious honest and lovingly presented food, served forth with homely, earnest, considerate, professional service. So many characterful touches do not distract. Baccala fritti super crisp fresh and generous. The french fried potato spaghetti was an added treat!! The pizza was crisp, rich, handsomely dressed with generous tartufi nero and lardo. Light sourdough pizza base was perfect. Slow food asino- bracciolo and tagliate medio was rich and sweet and excellently cooked and presented. The wines were outstanding red from friuli savoury rich deep meaty and peppery and so clean and clear. My orange wine was just what I wanted. Crisp dry aromatic and sour. And the best olive oil from de Carlo around the corner. A real treat. Cannot wait to go back! Bravo!

  Very nice place in the heart of the old town of Bitritto, a little town near-by Bari, capital city of the Apulia region in southern Italy. The lication is warm and elegant, service is good and the food excellent. The typical tastes of an Italian pizzeria and restaurant, with an eye to innovation. Prices are not low, but tha ratio quality/price is absolutely fantastic.
