I'd read that Gambero Rosso called it the best pizzeria in Lazio. So expectations were high. They're certainly courteous and friendly and deserve praise, but I've had better pizzas in Lazio at lower prices. For the price I paid, I expected a much better pizza.

It's a fantastic experience every time: the dough is incredibly light and well-leavened, with that perfect balance of crispiness and softness that makes you want to order another one right away. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can taste it! The Margherita is a masterpiece of simplicity and flavor, but even the richer pizzas, like the Diavola, Bufalina, or Mortadella and Pistachio, are a triumph of flavor.
