Pizza was amazing, and this restaurant is a great find slightly off the main street of Amalfi. It is pretty busy with reservations so they don't take many walk ins from the looks of things but we got in at around 630 and it was well worth it. The French fries are more homemade chips, but they were also nice. We were sharing a pizza so they split it for us which was a nice touch.

Fabulous pizza in Amalfi! About a 5 minute walk to get to from the main square. The pizza crust was heavenly. The toppings and cheese were amazing. One pizza is plenty for most individuals. Couples could easily split a pizza and an antipasti for a meal. We had the Atrani pizza and the Furero but they had about 20 lovely pizzas to choose from. If I had a bigger stomach or was staying more days in Amalfi, I would have gone back there for dinner again!

This place is underrated. Best pizza in the city, no doubts. I appreciate the fact that you see something different on the menu, not the usual you find everywhere else. The prices are also fair, nothing too expansive. The chef deserves all the credits for trying something out of the regular. I went here multiple times during my stay and I was always pleased by the food. My favorite pizza was the one with mayo and potato cream, so this is the one I'd recommend to try first. The waiters are all friendly but they seem to forget things, that's why I dropped one star. It didn't happen just once. For example, I ordered fries along the pizza two times, and I clearly stated that I want the pizza and the fries at the same time, but they brought the fries first, or they forgot to bring us a drink, or a glass. All this considered, it's still the best place to eat pizza in Amalfi.

We loved this little gem. Tucked away from the main street, we found the menu to be creative and innovative. The pizzas were delicious and fresh. Definitely a place to come back to.

First of all, I admit that I unfairly judged this restaurant in the first instance as I didn't particularly like how it looked from the outside... however... This pizza was amazing. I felt stupid for doubting that it'd be good. There are plenty of combinations of different types, styles, and toppings - so I'm sure that anyone, even the most picky eaters would be able to find something great. I had to Google the Chef, and he seems like a big deal in the pizza world, and I can see why. He is conquering the classics and inventing new and risqué recipes, which no doubt upset the classical pizza lovers. The interior design is fine. The price is very good for the quality. It appears that pizzas range from €10 to €18 on average. The only downside I can really say is that I would have liked a physical menu I could hold instead of viewing the menu on my phone via QR code. Other than that - superb.

Tucked just off the main square in Amalfi, Carlo Fiamma is a hidden gem that’s easy to miss at first glance. From the outside it may look quiet, but don’t be fooled—there’s a spacious seating area at the back, and it was packed with locals when we visited, which is always a great sign. We ordered two pizzas and they absolutely did not disappoint. I had the ‘Devil’ with spicy salami, while my partner chose the tuna—both were exceptional. Perfectly cooked with that light, airy crust and rich, flavourful toppings / especially the fabulous fresh tomatoes you expect from authentic Italian pizza. The staff were fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making the whole experience even better. Without a doubt, the best pizza we had in Amalfi. We’ll definitely be back!
