One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. You can choose between Neapolitan or Roman-style dough, and when you choose, you'll see the lightness of the dough transform into something truly extraordinary. Indeed, they were devoured, despite the generous and flavorful appetizers. Praise also goes to the attentive service, which wasn't deterred by the completely packed dining room. I recommend the "collinare" pizza: the photo isn't available because I wasn't quick enough to capture the voracity that arose from the combination of quality and softness.

Very good pizza! We were satisfied! The only thing I didn't like was that instead of Coca-Cola they offered a different type of drink: "Molecola"! Nothing like the original. We'll be back, though.

I'd heard good things about this pizzeria, and they were right. I had a Roman-style pizza with buffalo mozzarella, and it was truly delicious—crispy and thin, just what I'd hoped for. We also tried the Neapolitan-style marinara, and I must say it was delicious, with thick crusts and excellent leavening. We wanted to change seats because the air conditioning was too high, and they were immediately helpful and moved us, even checking the air conditioning temperature. We'll definitely be back.

I must say that Calabria is making progress when it comes to pizza. Thanks in part to places like this. Aesthetically pleasing, extremely simple, tidy, and clean. A counter overlooking the kitchen, open to the public, with the chance to watch the team of pizza chefs at work. Very friendly, discreet, and helpful staff. Finally: The "starter appetizer" was truly excellent. We tried both flavors of croquettes (with yellow potato and purple potato, 3 pieces each), soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. The "appetizers" were equally as good. Two pan-fried slices with potatoes and pork belly. Sublime! Then, as for the pizza, you can choose the base: with a contemporary puffed crust or a "Roman"-style thin crust. We opted for the contemporary version, although several flavors were very tempting; we chose a buffalo mozzarella and a capricciosa. Light, soft, and tasty dough. Quality ingredients. Definitely worth coming back to try everything else! Definitely approved! Great!

Truly incredible, from the service to the wonderful food, because it's not just pizza, they also create incredible appetizers like the tartare sandwich (the best I've ever had in my life) and more. …
