Excellent pizza and amazing desserts!!! you can choose between classic pizzas and original propositions of the owners. Everything in perfect Neapolitan style. Pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. very good quality ingredients. Good selection of beers (local Tuscan and Irish stout or English ale!). Desserts are a different story. Fratelli d'impasto Babà is a work of art!!! You have to go there when visiting Castiglion Fiorentino. Just remember to make a reservation in advance. There are always a lot of people there. mostly locals which shows the quality of the food. The whole team is always nice and smiling!!!

A local friend recommended this place to eat the "best pizza in Italy". He wasn't wrong! Everything was so delicious I couldn't stop eating. The service was amazing, the atmosphere so warm and cozyy. I chose a plain margarita, but you can never go wrong with that. Thank you for everything, I had a really really great time 🫶🏻

Fratelli d‘Impasto offers the best pizza we’ve ever had! The perfectly charred crust and fresh toppings made each bite a heavenly experience. We loved it so much that we picked up a pizza every day—truly a must-visit for any pizza lover! ❤️

Had a wonderful lunch with friends at Fratelli d'Impasto today. All four of us agreed that we didn't think a better pizza could be made. The pizza was absolutely perfect! The beer selection was outstanding too. I give Fratelli d'Impasto my highest endorsement. Thanks for the great lunch!
