We went to Pizzeria Mayor almost by chance, and we were absolutely delighted. The pizza dough is perfect: thin, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside—the kind you want to eat right down to the edge. The ingredients taste genuinely fresh, and you can tell they don't skimp on the quantity. The service also deserves a mention. We were served quickly, with a smile, and with that friendly touch that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They even recommended a couple of pizzas we'd never tried before, and they were spot on. The place is comfortable, clean, and has a great atmosphere. You can tell they pay attention to detail, and that, in the end, makes all the difference. In short: a place to return to without hesitation. Good food, good service, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

The terrace was packed on Holy Thursday, but luckily there was a spot inside, more secluded. We had a spectacular dinner: a delicious, eye-catching flambéed pizza with freshly made dough! Special mention to David, a genius at organizing the staff, who are incredibly fast and professional. I loved seeing the hygiene they maintain with the ingredients. We'll definitely be back; highly recommended.

The pizzas are very good, but they're getting worse and worse. First, they deliver whenever they feel like it. They told me it was because they didn't have enough delivery drivers, so they shouldn't even put it on the menu. Then, the menu says if you buy two of the same pizzas it's cheaper, but they've raised the price, though it's not updated online. It's their mistake, so they shouldn't have charged more. And finally, we ordered the Mediterranean pizza, which is supposed to have bell peppers, olives, and tuna, and it turned out they put it on without any tuna... ugh.

The pizzas are excellent and very large. The day we went, it took 30 minutes to be served, but we understand that was because of the number of people (we went during the week of the Celestina festival, so there were a lot of people ordering pizza both for takeout and to eat in). I recommend ordering a large pizza since they are enormous (50 cm in diameter) and splitting the flavors half and half. Our favorite is the Areusa pizza.
