#1 Irish pizzeria in Ireland, and they weren’t lying! I ordered American pie and it just tasted marvelous! Pesto and Margarita were amazing too! For sides, we ordered garlic bread and it was delicious. The bruschetta was especially impressive absolute top tier and highly recommended. We visited on a Friday night and waited about 20 minutes for a table, which is expected for a popular spot. The atmosphere is cozy, and there’s even a nice little touch—a free postcard you can pick up in the toilet area. Overall, we loved the experience. This place is genuinely a must-visit.

The Dough Bros in Galway is an absolute must visit for pizza lovers. Located in the beer garden of O’Connell’s, it has a brilliant, laid back atmosphere that really adds to the experience. Being able to grab beers from the pub and enjoy them alongside the food is a huge bonus and makes it a perfect spot for a relaxed catch up with friends. We arrived at opening time and there was already a queue waiting, which says a lot, and it’s completely deserved. The pizzas were outstanding. I ordered the Stinger and it was incredible, packed with flavour and perfectly balanced. My friends went for the pepperoni, which was equally impressive, with great quality ingredients and just the right amount of heat. The dough itself was light, airy, and cooked perfectly, easily some of the best pizza I’ve had. The whole setup works so well: amazing pizza, great beer from O’Connell’s, and a buzzing atmosphere from the moment they open. It’s no surprise this place is so popular. Worth the wait, worth the hype, and somewhere I’d happily return to again and again.

Hail Caesar! Enough said truly. This place was outstanding and gave me such a great feeling seeing all of the retro decor from the NES displayed to the old wrestling toys. This place has an incredible atmosphere to go along with amazing pizza. Who would have thought that some of my favorite pizza I have had would be in Ireland.

Amazing pizza! The curry cheese one is fantastic. Never tried pizza with such a taste before. Will recommend if you like to eat curry. The idea of combining curry, cheese and potatoes is genius!

We visited The Dough Bros in Galway twice on different occasions, and both times the experience was excellent. The food came out quickly, which is always a plus, and the pizzas themselves were consistently great. There’s a large variety to choose from, with some really creative options on the menu that make it stand out from your typical pizzeria. The crust is thin, cooked just right, and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. What I really liked is that the pizzas are delicious but also quite light—you don’t walk away feeling overly stuffed, just perfectly satisfied. A definite Galway highlight.

Positives : Fabulous pizzas A nice buzz as every table was full! Great story - i admire these boys from food truck to.pop up to where they are today Open kitchen - i love seeing food being prepped. Slick operation. Long but fast-moving queue ( no bookings) Negatives: none bar standing in Galwsy drizzle outside as you queue

The Dough Bros is rated the best pizza in Ireland for a reason: their pizza is DELICIOUS. Plus the service is excellent - don't be daunted by the line out the door, they manage to get you in and seated/served in record time! We've only been in Galway for a week but have eaten in once and gotten pizzas to go another time. The crust is perfectly thin and chewy, and the toppings are creative and high quality. They also source as much as they can locally, which is really nice to see. A must for any pizza fans in Galway!

Went to the store front location for lunch and wasn’t too busy - ordered and sat right away. Pizza did come out before my drink but other than that we loved it. Great pizza!
