Truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! We visited this place on a cold winter afternoon and, even though we didn't have a reservation, the staff was incredibly helpful and managed to find us a seat inside. The interior is nice, and they even have a stage for live music. The food was outstanding. They provide unlimited bread, which was exceptionally fresh and served with a delicious cream. However, the stars of the night were undoubtedly the pizzas. The dough was perfect as it was neither too thin nor too thick, slightly gooey but firm, and the high quality of the toppings really stood out. We found the pasta dishes a bit disappointing by comparison, but perhaps they just couldn't compete with the pizza. We finished with desserts, which were incredible. I highly recommend the tiramisu for its rich cream and the panna cotta for its refreshing fruit mix. This is a fantastic restaurant. If you go, definitely make the pizza your priority!

An amazing Neapolitan pizza in Madrid. We started with delicious FRITTATINA CACIO E PEPE - Pasta croquette with cacio e pepe, and the KICK was a Joselito Iberian pork on top. After we took the PEPPE PIG pizza, with porchetta, fior di latte, crispy potatoes, Amalfi lemon zest and Dijon mustard, for me the mustard wasn’t “connected” to the pizza but my friend loved it. Second pizza was an AMAZING BUFALA FEST - roasted San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella di Bufala DOP, confit tomatoes, Parmesan chips, basil pesto and lemon. We took a good tiramisu for dessert, and 2 espresso (also one glass of wine). The service was good. All in all €80 for 2 persons.

This is the best Italian restaurant I have visited in Madrid. The location is excellent, the ambiance is very pleasant, and the staff is outstanding. The food though truly steals the show. From the appetizers to the main courses, every dish was exceptional. I strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. While the portion sizes for the main dishes are generous, the desserts are especially large, along with “the very important pizza” that must be share. If you enjoy hazelnuts as much as I do, do yourself a favor and order the choco bomb, it is absolutely delicious. Special thanks to our waiter, Marina, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even better.

Hands down the best pizza in Madrid. We have been to Pizzeria Fratelli Figurato an it’s good but not as good as Baldoria. The ambiance is certaintly a plus. Also the pasta and other non-pizza dishes are great. We even got a pizza with the shape of a heart. Lorenzo was an amazing waiter.

We were visiting close friends and booked for a group of four for dinner. It was a very welcoming and cosy atmosphere, with beautiful decor. The live singing was a great touch to set the mood and enjoyed listening to the cover songs 🎶 We were right by the table where the chefs were cooking which was great to see them at work making and preparing dishes 👌🏿👨‍🍳 The staff were professional, very friendly and well trained - excellent service 👏🏿 We had the Bufala Fest pizza to share, it was very nice tangy taste from the confit tomatoes and lemon but balanced with the fresh mozzarella and basil pesto and the crunch of the Parmesan chips added a great touch. 🍕 I ordered the Authentic Carbonara and A far l'amore Tiramisù, great tastes but especially enjoyed the desert. My friends ordered other options, I particularly liked the presentation of the Cacio & Tartufo and how it was served directly in the Pecorino cheese wheel and moved to a serving dish For drinks I opted for the non alcoholic cocktails; Lemonade (Sparkling water, lemon juice and cucumber-basil syrup) , favourite by far with fresh sour and sweet flavors and Casa Mia Tea (Red Berry Tea with our spice blend), bitter and sweet. 🍹
