This was hands down the best guanciale I’ve ever had in a carbonara rich, perfectly cured, and absolutely spot on. The quality of the ingredients on the pizza was top notch, clearly fresh and carefully selected. The atmosphere was beautiful, warm, and very inviting, making the whole experience even better. On top of that, the entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I genuinely recommend this place to everyone looking for outstanding food and a great vibe.

Second visit to Neo Pizza and love it, Food and Drinks are top class. All the waitresses I’ve encountered speak great English, which helps when I’m English. The cocktails are made to a very high standard. I’d recommend anyone visiting Rybnik to visit them and we’ll be back in the near future.

Pizza dough fantastic. Good ingredients. The only minus: too many burnt spots (beyond a casual char). An easy fix to make the ready pizza as good as the dough.
